Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Crew Member to support our landscape construction and maintenance teams. You will perform a range of duties on project sites, operate hand and finishing tools, and help deliver high-quality outdoor spaces for our commercial clients.

This role offers on-the-job training, competitive hourly wages, and year-round opportunities with a family-owned, employee-owned company. You’ll work in a team, enjoy outdoor work, and contribute to safe, efficient site operations.

• Operate various hand and finishing tools
• Perform functions such as grading, installation, and mulching in a safe working environment
