Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's location in Northport, AL is seeking entry-level crew members to join our fast-paced team. You will take orders, prepare food, and help ensure quick, friendly service to every guest.

Responsibilities include assembling orders, stocking the dining area, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the restaurant. You must be at least 16 and able to stand for long periods. Training is provided and shifts may vary to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Some high school required
• No experience required
• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems is helpful

Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
