Job summary

Wendy's, Columbus location, seeks motivated team members to join our quick‑service crew. You will greet guests, take orders, assemble menu items, and help keep dining areas clean and stocked. Training is provided for food prep, safety, and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
