Job summary

Dunkin' Crew Members needed in a fast-paced Dunkin' location. You will take orders, prepare food and beverages, and ensure a clean, friendly environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior experience in guest service or food service is a plus.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain order accuracy.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.

As a Dunkin' Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive experience to every guest. This fast-paced and team-oriented role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

We start work early - no 9am-5pm shifts here at Dunkin':
Examples: 4am - 10am; 5am - 11am; 5am - 12pm; 5am - 1pm; 6am - 1pm;
12pm - 6pm; 1pm - 9pm; 2pm - 10pm
