Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Springdale, Ohio is hiring crew members for a fast-paced, cook-to-order environment. You’ll be trained on all restaurant duties, including cooking, cleaning, and guest interaction, and you can earn tips daily plus electronic tips based on location.

A Secret Shop Bonus program offers weekly team bonuses of up to $30 per shop. Starting wage begins at $14.00 per hour, with certain locations at $15.00+; additional earnings from tips can boost pay.

Overview

Starting rate is $14.00, except for Buttermilk, Florence and Mason Locations, they start at $15.00+ electronic tips. All will earn $1.50-$2.25 more an hour with electronic tips based on the location and sales.

Secret Shop Bonus program gives you the opportunity to win one to two weekly bonuses with your team. Pay-outs can be up to $30.00 for each shop (or more), which is a potential of $100.00 additional earnings each week added to your pay. We are hiring open-availability candidates with great personalities on the spot!
