The Cutting Edge Landscaping is hiring Landscape Crew Members in Sparta, NJ. This role focuses on hands-on outdoor lawn care and maintenance as part of a tight-knit crew.

You will mow, trim, edge, assist with planting and installations, mulch, and help keep job sites organized. We value reliability, willingness to learn, and teamwork in daily operations.

Entry-level pay starts at $18/hour, with opportunity to earn up to $23/hour based on experience; full-time, year-round hours may be available.

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members. This role includes a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a crew.

What You Will Be Doing

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Assisting with landscape installation and planting projects
• Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor labor
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Supporting job site organization and cleanup
• Working with a team to complete daily assignments

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Additional hours available during peak season
• Year-round work may be available based on workload

Pay & Benefits

• $18/hour (entry-level)

Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
