Job summary

Dunkin' in Greenville, SC is looking for a friendly Crew Member to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and food, operate the register, and help keep the shop clean and inviting.

A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to deliver fast, accurate service. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours with day and night coverage; Monday through Friday plus weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Team player with dependable punctuality.
• Fast-paced work environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas

• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
