Job summary

Dairy Queen in Sheboygan is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly, fast and accurate service while preparing products to the brand standards. You will help guests, keep the dining area clean, and work as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling transactions, and balancing cash; no prior experience required, and you must be at least 16 years old. Fluency in English is a plus for customer stations.

Qualifications

• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (English may be essential).

Restaurant Team Member

is responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency. Team Members demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concern towards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
