Job summary

Hawaiian Bros San Marcos is hiring an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to deliver warm, attentive service and embody the Aloha spirit in every guest interaction. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple restaurant roles, gaining diverse skills and growth opportunities within the Ohana.

You will greet guests with a friendly smile, listen to their needs, and offer personalized recommendations while helping maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

• Service roles may include Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director.
• Utility roles may include Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook.

• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to):Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook– responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
