Dairy Queen in Plainview, MN is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly, fast service and high‑quality products while following safety and quality standards. You will help greet guests, take orders, operate the register, prepare menu items, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old, no previous experience required, and able to communicate clearly in English. Training will cover guest service, food safety, and teamwork across shifts.

A Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member is responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency. Team Members demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concern towards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
