Ocean Pines McDonald's is hiring a Crew Team Member to join our busy Ocean Pines location. You’ll greet guests, take orders, help guests choose menu items, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll learn fast, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive guest experience while working a flexible schedule across breakfast, lunch, and evenings. We offer opportunities to train, advance and enjoy employee discounts and free meals.

Job Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, this role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:
