Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking team members to join our crew in Northampton. We provide training across stations—grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo—and a path to a rewarding career beyond a simple paycheck. Expect support, a friendly atmosphere, and room to grow as you learn the craft of real, hand-prepared food.

Base pay starts at $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with digital tips and a full benefits package. Full- and part-time opportunities are available to fit your schedule and goals.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Below is the base pay range for this position, which is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
