Job summary

Hawaiian Bros is seeking an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to bring the Aloha spirit to life by delivering outstanding customer service and learning cross-functional roles within the restaurant. You’ll rotate through positions to build a diverse skill set while contributing to a fun, respectful team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Listen to customers' needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
• Service roles may include Dish, Service Line, Food Prep, Bagger and Cook—prep high quality food safely and sanitize items.

As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member you'll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. • Service roles may include (but are not limited to):


• Dish,Service Line, Food Prep, Bagger and Cook- responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
