Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring team members to join our New York restaurants. We train you across stations—from grill to cashier, prep, salsa and expo—and provide a clear path to advancement in a fast-paced, friendly environment that values service and real food.

Base pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with digital tips and benefits. We offer tuition assistance, free food, health insurance options, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Below is the base pay range for this position, which is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
