Role Description The Crew Member role at Jersey Mike’s Subs in New York, NY is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering a friendly and efficient guest experience. Crew Members prepare and assemble subs and cheesesteaks to order, including slicing meats and cheeses, making sandwiches Mike’s Way®, and ensuring all ingredients meet quality and freshness standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies, and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Crew Members greet guests, take orders at the counter or register, handle payments accurately, and assist with dine-in, takeout, and third-party delivery orders. Team members also support opening and closing tasks, follow company policies and procedures, and work collaboratively to meet service and speed-of-delivery goals.

Qualifications
