Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Naples, FL is hiring Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You’ll prepare sandwiches, assist customers, operate the POS, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

We value friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy teamwork and delivering an excellent guest experience. Prior food service is a plus, but we train for the Jersey Mike’s standard of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR or food service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Jersey Mike's subs to quality standards.
• Engage with customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate POS and handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
