Job summary

Wings Over in Milwaukee seeks dedicated Crew Members to join our dining team, cross-training across Front of House and Back of House tasks—from greeting guests and taking orders to breading, frying, saucing, assembling meals, and washing dishes. You will help maintain clean, organized stations and uphold health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, gold‑standard guest service, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in our POS, and assist in both FOH and BOH tasks.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Contribute to store goals and sales growth as needed.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
• Maintain neat appearance in Wings Over uniform and dress code.
• Other related duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

Wings Over is seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House workstations.

Day in the Life (includes, but is not limited to):

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
• Helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
• Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
• Other related duties as assigned
