Position Overview: In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Showing organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks essential for store operations.
2. Maintaining sanitation, food, and safety standards diligently.
3. Fostering a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued, the area is neat, and pizzas are of the highest quality.

"Front of House"

• Master all stations, including preparing pizzas, handling transactions, and making menu suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Promote specials, add-on sales, loyalty, and other programs to guests.
• Demonstrate care for the community by opening doors or assisting with carry-out.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all payment methods.

"Back of House"

• Operate and clean all equipment safely, adhering to Papa Murphy's standards.
• Follow procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products to ensure quality.
• Perform duties of runner or dish person as needed.

Foundations Of Your Career

• Knowledge of food safety preferred; a food handler's card or ServeSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Other Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms regularly.
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.
