What we expect from TEAM MEMBERS
  • Reliability and consistency. We are looking for team members who arrive on time to shifts throughout the week and follow proper company protocol if unable to do so. This makes shifts more fun, efficient and balances the workload evenly among team members.
  • Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards while demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude with guests.
  • Continuously strive to maintain a store that is clean, tidy, and one that has a fun and supportive company culture.
  • Comfortability or the ability to be trained to work efficiently, focused, and with a sense of urgency at all times.
  • Ability to multitask while having warm and friendly interactions. To provide an exceptional experience for guests and new team members alike.
  • Slicer operators MUST be 18 years of age or older, however team members typically swap stations and share all duties at Jersey Mikes.
  • Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.

  • Lines, positive energy, and fun times!! We are the best sub shop on the planet and our guests certainly agree! Shifts go by very fast and are usually the busiest during lunch rushes. We do however have a range of shifts available throughout the day that are offered.
  • To be fully coached in our training program so that you are equipped with the skills to execute all menu items and engage with guests.
  • Duties involve preparing foods, taking orders, cleaning work stations, ringing up purchases, and answering questions regarding all menu items, services, and policies. We strive to get to know our guests, as well as their names and orders so that we develop a better personal connection with our community.
  • Other important aspects of our role as team members include organizing and preparing catering orders or online orders.
Jersey Mike's Subs started out in 1956 in Point Pleasant New Jersey, and has been making amazing subs ever since!
