Job summary

Firehouse Subs Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring Crew Members for both full-time and part-time roles. As a Crew Member, you’ll support multiple stations in the sub-making process, starting in one area like Cashier or Sandwich Maker and then cross-training to assist wherever needed.

You’ll prioritize creating a great guest experience with friendly, dependable service, following our food-prep standards, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Training is paid at full wage.

Reports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a fast-food or fast-casual environment (for example: McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, CAVA, Subway, Burger King, Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s, or similar) is a plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for team players who are friendly, dependable, and ready to learn.
