Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries seeks energized crew members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, cook-to-order environment. You will be trained to perform multiple restaurant duties, interact with guests, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Be trained on all restaurant duties including cooking, cleaning and guest interactions.
• Maintain fast, accurate service during peak hours.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station readiness.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and address questions.

Job description

Starting rate is $14.00, except for Buttermilk, Florence and Mason Locations, They start at $15.00+ electronic tips. All will earn $1.50-$2.25 more a hour with electronic tips based on the location and Sales.

AND Secret Shop Bonus program gives you the opportunity to win one to two weekly bonuses with your team. Pay-outs can be up to $30.00 for each shop (or more), which is a potential of $100.00 additional earnings each week added to your pay. We are hiring Open Availability Candidates with great personalities on the Spot!

AND daily cash tips$$$
