Compensation

Wendy's® Crew Members start at Minimum wage up to $16.13 per hour. Flexible schedules, Same day pay, Medical/Dental/Vision (HSA/ST/LTD/Accident/Critical Illness/Hospital Indemnity/Legal/Life), Tuition reimbursement, EAP, Paid Sick Leave.
