Job summary

Jimmy John's in Lincoln, NE is hiring in-shop crew members to deliver fast, friendly service and assemble delicious sandwiches. You will greet customers, take orders, register, and keep the store clean while supporting opening, rush hours, and occasional deliveries.

Starting wage varies by age and experience, with $14/hr for 16–17 year olds, $15/hr after training, and higher wages for 18+ depending on experience; tips are included in pay. Growth opportunities are available within the team.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace, and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

18 years and over starting wage can depend on experience, and progress with knowledge of position.

16-17-year-olds Starting wage is $14 an Hour Plus Tips while Training learning Menu and Duties of position, once training is completed, you'll move to $15 an Hour plus Tips.

Inshop pay range includes tips and is not limited to max wage.

All levels are able to grow, as we love to build employees up and promote within. Always opportunities to grow into a supervisor position.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Must be open to work at least 1 shift during the weekend availability and be able to work high volume rushes!
