Job summary

Lehighton McDonald's is hiring crew team members to join our busy local restaurant. You’ll help guests order their favorites, make menu recommendations, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience.

You’ll work with a team to prepare fresh food and maintain a clean, welcoming space for every guest. We value hospitality, learning, and teamwork, with opportunities across full-time and part-time shifts, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, this role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Have a side of smile: Help guests order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations
• Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food
• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
