Dairy Queen in Kearney, Nebraska is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing products to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.

You’ll assist customers, handle cash with care, and help maintain clean, safe dining and prep areas. No prior experience required; must be 16+ and able to communicate effectively in English.

• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
