Job summary

MOD Pizza in Kalispell, MT is hiring Crew Members to deliver the MOD Pizza experience with fast, friendly service and quality food in a welcoming environment.

As a crew member you will make pizzas and salads, uphold food safety standards, work as part of a team, and enjoy benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, 401(k), and free meals for you and your family.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to learn and contribute.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by location).
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance and assist guests.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver friendly service.
• Engage with guests and fellow crew to build MOD spirit.
• Support coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with teammates to support store success.
• Get to know guests and provide a memorable MOD experience.
• Contribute to a positive team environment during busy shifts.

Compensation: $18.38/hour when combining hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $4.38/hour earned at this location.

Overview

As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests.

Required Qualifications

• No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following.
  • Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
  • Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old.
  • Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
