Soifer Family McDonald's in Independence, IA is looking for a Crew Team Member to join our team. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and help prepare and present food with a smile, in a clean and friendly environment.

You’ll work with a supportive crew, enjoy flexible scheduling, and earn a starting wage of $13.00 per hour plus premium pay for opening and late-night shifts, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll:
