Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members in Higginsville for part-time or full-time shifts. You’ll learn through Archways to Opportunity programs and gain valuable life skills while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will connect with customers, take orders, help prepare World Famous food, and collaborate with teammates to keep the restaurant welcoming and clean. Must be 15 years or older and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 15 years old to work as a Crew Member.
• Availability for breakfast, lunch, evenings, weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers with ordering and menu selections.
• Prepare food items per McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Work with the team to meet daily goals and provide great service.
