Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our in-person team. You’ll work across front counter, kitchen, and dining area to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.

As a Crew Member, you’ll help keep the restaurant clean, stock supplies, and support teammates during busy shifts. We value teamwork, positive communication, and a willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work at various stations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and beverage items according to brand standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Demonstrates punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Adheres to Burger King uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
