Job summary

Long John Silver's in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is seeking a Crew Member/ROCK STAR to join our team. You will help serve tasty sandwiches quickly, take orders, and assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure a great guest experience.

You must be able to lift 30-40 lbs, stand for shifts, and handle cash. Training on food safety and customer service will be provided. Daytime availability for high-volume lunches is preferred and a positive, energetic attitude is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, efficient attitude.
• Maintain cleanup and organization to support daily operations.
• Follow cash handling policies and operate the cash register accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate sandwich orders and register transactions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
• Assist in prep and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Support in keeping the store stocked and running smoothly.

We are looking for the next Crew Member/ROCK STAR to join our family at Long John Silver's!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshopper Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

Crew Member Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Must also have day-time availability and be able to work high volume lunches!

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
