Job summary

Long John Silver's in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You will help serve customers, take orders, ring up sales, prepare food, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. No experience? We provide on-the-job training; daytime availability for lunch rushes is preferred, and safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and POS is a plus

We are looking for the next Crew Member/ROCK STAR to join our family at Long John Silver's!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshopper Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

Crew Member Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Must also have day-time availability and be able to work high volume lunches!

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
