Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Florida is seeking fun, energetic Crew Members to join our team. You will deliver hospitality, prepare ingredients to brand standards, and operate the register with accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Eligible for quarterly increase based on performance for Crew member positions
