Job summary

Wendy’s - Yellow Cab Holdings in Egg Harbor City, NJ is seeking Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You will greet customers, work the drive-thru, and prepare fries while helping keep the restaurant clean and stocked for service.

We value a friendly, flexible team member who can take direction, learn quickly, stand for long periods, and lift light loads as needed. No prior experience required; age 16+ and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
• Attention to small details like refilling supplies.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and help customers.
• Ability to stand/move for most of the shift with occasional lifting 25–50 pounds.
• Comfortable using headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment following safety guidelines.
• Must be age 16 or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
