Job summary

Spotless Brands is hiring a car wash attendant to greet customers, explain promotions, and ensure vehicles are prepped for washing in Edmond, AL. You will operate equipment, assist customers, and keep the lot clean. On-the-job training and competitive pay are provided.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor setting. Benefits include PTO, 401K, health insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.
• Able to work outdoors in seasonal weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with high level of service.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards programs.
• Ensure vehicles are in proper condition before washing; identify damage before washing.
• Guide customers to enter/exit the car wash tunnel and operate equipment safely.
• Operate car wash equipment and chemicals safely.
• Open and/or close the car wash for daily operations.
• Perform cleaning and general upkeep of grounds, facilities and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
• Ensure that vehicles entering the car wash are in proper condition prior to being washed; identify damage on a vehicle before it is sent into the tunnel.
• Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel and while operating equipment.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Open and/or close the car wash as required for daily operation.
• Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.
