Job summary

Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's franchise in Ohio is seeking an entry-level team member to join our quick-service dining team. You will assemble orders, keep the dining room and prep areas clean, and serve hot food items per customer requests, while delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required; candidates must be at least 16 years old, with basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful.
• Some high school required.

• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3' hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55 high and 4' deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
