Job summary

McDonald’s is recruiting a Crew Member in Michigan (East Lansing) to greet guests, assist with orders, and help prepare and present fresh meals. You’ll keep the dining area clean and welcoming and work closely with teammates to deliver great guest experiences. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Applicants must be 16 years or older and bring a friendly, can-do attitude with good communication. Enjoy flexible scheduling and be part of a team that values hospitality and service.

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations
