Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to support fast, friendly service across front counter, kitchen and dining areas. You will help with cleaning, stocking and assisting teammates during busy periods, ensuring every guest has a great experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments with a smile.
• Prepare and package items according to brand standards.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized, including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance on shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.

DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
