Job summary

Dairy Queen is looking for a Restaurant Team Member who will deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing and serving products to brand standards. You will help ensure guest satisfaction in every visit and support coworkers in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Restaurant Team Member

is responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency. Team Members demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concern towards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
