Bluemont Group, operating the Dunkin brand in Dayton, TN, seeks a friendly Crew Member for a part-time role. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare beverages and food items to brand standards.

You will operate the POS, maintain clean workstations, restock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines while working with a dynamic team on multiple shift options, including days and nights.

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you'll be part of a team that's all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions

• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
