Position Overview

As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member you’ll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. We cross‑train our team members to develop a diverse set of skills, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow by working in different positions within our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a positive, harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Participate in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guests have a fantastic time.
• Service roles may include: cashier, dining room attendant, indoor & outdoor runner, drive‑thru (indoor & outdoor), and parking lot director.
• Utility roles may include: dish, dole whip, service line, food prep, line back, bagger, and cook, responsible for preparing high‑quality food safely and for cleaning/sanitizing all food‑prep items to prevent contamination.
