Job summary

Red Bao Kitchen is seeking a friendly Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You will provide welcoming service, take orders, process payments, and help prep and serve food and beverages while maintaining quality.

We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness. Prior restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus but not required; weekend/evening availability is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and welcoming customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

• Maintain a clean and organized counter, kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
• Prep ingredients and products throughout the shift.
• Follow recipes, portions, cooking procedures, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and holding times.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, drinks, and supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy periods with accuracy and quality.
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for customers and coworkers.

As a Crew Member, you will:

• Provide friendly, fast, and welcoming customer service.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Red Bao Kitchen standards.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized food court counter, kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
• Properly prep ingredients and products throughout the shift.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking procedures, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, temperatures, and holding times.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, drinks, and supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and other team members.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for customers and coworkers.
