Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to work area, walk‑in cooler, and storage.
• In charge of food preparation.
• Answer and take phone orders.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule.
• Work and communicate effectively with co‑workers, guests, and management.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Escalate problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage your time efficiently.
• Operate equipment related to your role.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
