Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring Crew Members for Restaurant #28472 at 1012 Monroe Street, Carthage, NC. We offer daytime and opening shifts, with part-time and full-time positions and flexible schedules.

Join a team that values hospitality, integrity, and growth. You will greet guests, input orders, handle payments, upsell, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction; positive attitude and reliability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required.
• Physical ability: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in different temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact, smile, and answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system, including modifications and special requests.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest additional items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, dining room, and exterior.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations; collaborate with team members to ensure operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests making eye contact, smiling and answering questions about the menu

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required. Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and organize while having a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license. (Preferred)
