Job summary

Jersey Mike's Burien is hiring Crew Members to deliver the Sub Above experience with friendly, efficient service. You’ll prepare fresh subs, assist customers, keep the store clean, and learn all areas of restaurant operations in a supportive team environment.

We value dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience helps but is not required; compensation is competitive and scheduling offers flexibility to fit your life.

What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll help bring the Jersey Mike’s experience to life by:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
