Job summary

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who gain experience across multiple departments while developing customer service, safety, communication, and teamwork skills in a high-energy entertainment environment. Roles include Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, and Front Desk Membership Sales; an application is required but prior experience is not necessary.

All positions require a friendly attitude, flexibility with schedules, and a willingness to engage with guests while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates that have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more!

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk Membership Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

All Crew Members stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs and requirements.
• Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation starts at $10.00/hr.Full pay range goes up to 11.00 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
