White Castle is seeking a Crew Manager in Mokena, IL to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction while promoting White Castle initiatives.

The role requires at least 18 years old, 1+ year of food service or management experience, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights as needed. Weekly pay is provided and benefits vary by location.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team scheduling
• Handle cash and drive-thru operations
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate and lead the team to perform at a high level
• Operate cash register and drive-thru, prepare orders
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Work fryer and griddle and assist with food preparation
