White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, supervise customer service, motivate the team, and ensure sanitation, drive-thru and fry/griddle duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage staff scheduling.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team to provide fast, friendly service.
• Work fryer/griddle, prepare orders and ensure sanitation.
