Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, seeks friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service, motivate the team, work the drive-thru, and ensure sanitation and food preparation standards.

Minimum 1+ years in food service or management is required. Earn $19.50–$24.90 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities in a long-standing family business.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun during shifts.
• 1+ years of food service or management experience is required.
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• High energy, fast-paced environment suitability.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team schedules.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register and drive-thru.

• Motivate, lead and develop front-line staff.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards.
• Operate fryer/griddle and assist in kitchen tasks.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
