Job summary

White Castle in Greenwood, IN seeks friendly, energetic Crew Managers. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and lead the team to deliver great customer service while maintaining sanitation and operating kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
