Job summary

White Castle, America's first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations at our Ohio location. You will organize shifts, manage cash, oversee inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction while motivating the team and handling drive-thru duties.

Qualifications

• Must have prior food service or management experience.
• Demonstrates friendly, energetic, and trustworthy leadership.
• Strong organizational and cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage shift scheduling.
• Handle cash and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage inventory and supply levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead team members toward goals.
• Operate cash register and drive-thru as needed.
• Prepare and assemble food orders.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You'll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
